Return Policy

 

Here is what you need to know about returns before placing an order on MFS MOTOR:

- Returns are accepted.
- Return or refund will have No restocking fees,but not include shipping and handling fees.
- Painted Incorrect or broken item: No extra charge,we will replace them and pay return shipping charges. (Painted Incorrect exclude purchase single part of fairing, please provide us photos of your bike if you worried color and painted.)
- We will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
The item must be return in good condition with original packaging and accessories, and never installed or mounted.We will not accept returned items more than 20 days after delivery.
-ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION AND NOT PREVIOUSLY MOUNTED ON BIKES. 

 
Ordering the correct kit is essential, please make sure you order the correct kit and specify at checkout the type of bike you own, including: Make/Year/Model, the more details the better so we can be certain you receive the proper kit.

 


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
